Clinical Exercise Classes
Our Clinical Exercise Classes incorporate a variety of floor/mat-based exercises that will improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone through both physical and mental conditioning.
Clinical Exercise Explained
Our Physio's have been trained in Clinical Pilates and will draw from the style and concepts taught in Pilates when instructing the class. With the added benefit of their professional expertise, you can expect to be safely guided through a series of exercises modified to meet your individual needs.
Some of the benefits our clients notice include:
- Feeling stronger
- Better balance and coordination
- Improved posture
- Enhanced body awareness
- Less aches and pains
But most importantly, it’s something you’ll stick with. Unlike a home exercise program your physio may have prescribed, you’ll be exercising in a friendly, motivating group setting with variety of exercises (not the exact same routine each week!).
Who is Clinical Exercise for?
Our Clinical Exercise Classes are suitable for almost all ages and fitness levels. They are a safe and effective option particularly for people with back or neck pain, those recovering from an injury, pregnant/post-partum women or those who are new to exercise.
More class information
For your convenience we have two options avaliable. Classes are conducted in clinic and via an online platform enabling you to access your class to complete from the convenience and comfort of your home.
For clases in clinic we have two booking options.
This option allows you to book your classes around your committments and allows for cancellations if you are unable to attend (subject to our 24hour cancellation policy). Payment is made on attendance of each class with private health rebates avaialble. This booking option gives you access to our loyalty program where your 11th class is free.
This option books you in for the entire month at a reduced fee per class. The full payment of all classess in the month must be paid upfront and will be held in crdit on your account. If you are unable to attend one of the classes then you will forfeit the amount previously paid for that class. We are unable to provide refunds or a make-up class for non-attendance, however, we can send you the link to the online class for that week for you to do at home in your own time. If we need to cancel the class for any reason (such as the physio being unwell) then the class will be credited for the following month. If you are wanting to claim with your private health insurance then you can either collect the receipt of the full payment at each class you attend and claim back online or you can swipe your private health fund card when attending and the gap payment will be made from the credit on your account. Credit left remaining at the end of the month can be used as part of the upfront payment for the following month or for other transactions with the clinc. Due to the reduced fee per class in the block booking option we are unable to provide the loyalty program where the 11th class is free.
