Clinical Exercise Classes
Our Clinical Exercise Classes incorporate a variety of floor/mat-based exercises that will improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone through both physical and mental conditioning.
Clinical Exercise Explained
Our Physio's have been trained in Clinical Pilates and will draw from the style and concepts taught in Pilates when instructing the class. With the added benefit of their professional expertise, you can expect to be safely guided through a series of exercises modified to meet your individual needs.
Some of the benefits our clients notice include:
- Feeling stronger
- Better balance and coordination
- Improved posture
- Enhanced body awareness
- Less aches and pains
But most importantly, it’s something you’ll stick with. Unlike a home exercise program your physio may have prescribed, you’ll be exercising in a friendly, motivating group setting with variety of exercises (not the exact same routine each week!).
Who is Clinical Exercise for?
Our Clinical Exercise Classes are suitable for almost all ages and fitness levels. They are a safe and effective option particularly for people with back or neck pain, those recovering from an injury, pregnant/post-partum women or those who are new to exercise.
