TENs (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a small portable battery operated device to stimulate the nerves for pain relief. They are relatively simple to use and we recommend that once your therapist has shown you how to use it effectively, that you either hire or purchase a unit so that you can use it as often as you need it.

The unit is connected to the skin using two or more electrodes. The electrodes are self-adhesive and re-usable, but can easily be replaced as required.
