Rigid strapping tapes provide strong support for joints during high-stress sport activity, minimising excessive joint activity that can cause injury. The tapes are suitable for taping ankles, knees, fingers, shoulders and elbows. When purchasing tape you are generally best to buy a good quality tape with strength and high adhesive properties that won’t let you down when you need it most. If your skin is sensitive to tape, use Hypafix under your strapping tape.
