Thank you for choosing us as your physiotherapy provider and for giving us the privilege of working with you to enhance your healthcare outcomes. You’re taking the first step toward solving your condition and better health. We’ve helped a wide variety of people and now we will begin to help you. We’ve prepared this information so you’ll know what to expect during your initial consultation.
Before seeing your Physiotherapist, we will ask you to fill out some brief paperwork describing you, your health history and your health goals. If you are unsure of any questions you will be able to discuss this with your Physiotherapist.
Your physiotherapist will sit down with you and discuss your problem and conduct an examination. The examination may include physical, orthopaedic and specific physiotherapy tests to help locate your problem. Our examinations are thorough and will put you at ease. We will then discuss and commence a recommended treatment plan.
Our goal is to serve you with an exceptionally friendly and prompt service and to provide the best in physiotherapy. Our experience tells us there are some key areas we need to focus on to ensure that you receive the greatest benefit from our services.
Remember that healing and correction takes time. If at any time during your care you do not feel that you are responding as well as you expected, please discuss this with your physiotherapist. We want you to get the most from your care at Physio-Wise.
Physio-Wise offers a free SMS reminder which is sent to you either on the morning of your appointment or the evening before your appointment,

Your physiotherapist has decided on the best care plan for your injury. You will achieve the maximum and best outcome when you keep to this schedule. Therefore, to receive the most out of your care and to save time we ask that you schedule your appointments in advance. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you attend all of your appointments. If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is appreciated.
