Physiotherapist (FT/PT)

About the Role

We are currently looking for a physiotherapist with at least 1 year of experience to work at our clinic. This position can be either full time or part time working between 15 to 22 hours per week. We are looking for a physio with a good sense of team spirit to be part of our workplace in the long term. Experience in Women’s Health and / or Pilates is highly desirable, but not essential.

Hours and days to be negotiated.

What do we expect?

Commitment to developing relationships with our clients and making a positive difference to their lives by the provision of quality physiotherapy services and making them feel welcome and cared for.

Uphold high standards of integrity at all times with interactions with both clients and staff members. Acting with honesty and creating trust is integral to the functioning of our clinic.

FUNERGETICS. Whilst we work hard, we like to have fun and bring positive energy to the Physio-Wise workplace and our clients.

We expect all therapists to co-contribute towards covering either late (up to 7.30pm) or early clinics (from 7.30am) – no weekend work is required. For a full time role we are happy to accommodate a 9 day working fortnight.

What are the benefits to You?

We have a very positive team culture. We value respect and inclusiveness along with working together to achieve optimal performance as a team, rather than just as an individual.

We have a wide range of services and modalities available, allowing you to select what is going to be most appropriate for your clients.

Our clinic is spacious with well-equipped treatment rooms making it a pleasant work environment with everything close at hand, allowing you to maximise your treatment time.

We provide training in the modalities and services that we offer.

We have a fabulous administration team that support us so that we can focus on our clients.

We support and encourage professional development, both in house and external.

We believe that skilled and happy staff are crucial to the success and longevity of the clinic and as such we offer attractive remuneration packages including base salary, superannuation, commission, annual leave, and professional development funding.

How do we work together?

Although we are not as large as some teams, we have a Physio team leader, an Admin Team leader, a Finances Team leader, and an Integrator in place to ensure that the practice runs smoothly. We have found this successful as it allows all team members to have input towards the clinic and ready access to specific approachable individuals that they can turn to with any queries or suggestions.

We have structured physio meetings so that we can work together, pool ideas, and self-develop. This allows us to update, move forward, and consistently provide an excellent quality service.

We have combined staff meetings so that we can view all perspectives and work cohesively together as a team. We enjoy having excellent relationships between physiotherapists and administration staff.
