New Graduate Physiotherapist - 2027
Start your physio career somewhere you’ll be supported, challenged and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Physio-Wise | Gawler, South Australia
Full-time preferred | Part-time negotiable | Commencing January/February 2027
Are you a new graduate physiotherapist looking for more than just your first job?
At Physio-Wise, we’re passionate about helping new grads make the transition from university into confident, capable private practice physiotherapists – without throwing you in the deep end and hoping for the best!
We’re a vibrant, progressive clinic with a strong team culture, a focus on quality client care and a genuine commitment to helping our people grow.
Why Physio-Wise?
Starting your career can be exciting – but it can also be daunting.
That’s why we’ve built our new graduate program around individualised support, mentoring and plenty of time to learn.
You’ll have:
Weekly 1:1 mentoring
Our mentoring program is tailored to you. These aren’t generic recorded lectures. You’ll have input into what you want to learn and where you need support, so your development is relevant to your patients, your interests and your goals.
Longer appointment times
We understand that you’re still learning. Our new grads have significantly longer appointment times, giving you the space to assess thoroughly, formulate your treatment plan, ask questions, discuss cases with your colleagues and do your research when needed.
A team around you
You won’t be practising in isolation. We have an experienced physio team, structured physio meetings and an approachable team environment where asking questions is encouraged.
Professional development
We provide training in the services and modalities offered within our clinic and actively support professional development – both in-house and externally.
A broad clinical experience
Our predominantly private caseload is varied, giving you exposure to a wide range of conditions and the opportunity to develop your clinical reasoning and hands-on skills.
Great facilities and support
Our clinic has well-equipped treatment rooms with a range of treatment modalities, along with dedicated exercise spaces including a gym. Our fantastic administration team takes care of the admin side of the business so you can focus on your clients.
A clinic that keeps moving forward
We value innovation and forward-thinking. We’re always looking at ways to improve what we do and provide better outcomes for our clients.
What are we looking for?
